The South Florida Cooperator’s Condo, HOA & Co-op Expo offers board members and managers an opportunity to earn educational credit, gather free advice from legal experts, and meet face-to-face with more than 300 professionals from every corner of the co-op, condo and HOA industry.
Admission is FREE for the December 8, 2015 trade show, which will take place at the Greater Fort Lauderdale/Broward County Convention Center in Ft. Lauderdale from 10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The largest and most popular trade show in the Sunshine State, the South Florida Expo, now in its fourth year, is a day-long event that keeps getting better and more diversified every year. More than just another trade show, the Expo is the perfect venue for board members, property managers and other key decision makers to connect with the professionals and service providers they need to make their communities run more smoothly. It’s a one-stop custom-built marketplace for vendors, products and ideas that you can’t afford to miss.
Useful Tools
Board member Edwin Lewis considered the 2014 show a tremendous value and a worthwhile experience. “The show was really well put together,” Lewis said. “I loved the seminars. For the average person that serves on a board, it gives you the chance to learn very important, first-hand information with the facts to back it up. Also it gave you the chance to ask questions of the people who had well-researched answers and realistic solutions to common situations that quite a number of associations face. I would recommend this expo to all potential board members who really want to learn useful tools to administer and govern smarter. It’s all about the knowledge and the power to do better.”
Board member Susanne Uberoi agreed with Lewis and said the key was meeting with various professionals that are experts in co-op, condominium and HOA issues. “The trade show was very, very informative. I learned an awful lot and it focused on the day-to-day issues we all have to tackle in our daily lives.”
